As a gym owner and fitness instructor, I always like to
check out equipment which may be of benefit to my gym clients. I bought a bun and thigh roller six months ago and tested it out on my gym members.

Instructions

The Bun and Thigh Roller works like a rocking chair, where you roll forward and backwards against the resistance bands. It is designed to focus solely on your bun and thigh muscles, with a claim to give you a rounded butt and great legs.

It comes with a DVD, so it didn't take long for me to sort out the moves to practice with my clients. Here is what I found.

These Bun and Thigh Roller reviews come from exercisers of all fitness levels, ages and weights. Firstly,
if used correctly the Bun and Thigh Roller does work.


It effectively targets the correct muscle groups to tighten the gluteus, quadriceps, hamstrings and inner and outer thighs. It is easy to use, although even though I positioned it on a yoga mat in my gym, it still moved around a lot. This put a lot of my clients off using it, as they said they constantly had to reposition it.


In terms of convenience the Bun and Thigh Roller is small and compact so it can be stored away easily. It is very important to note that if you have any problem with your lower back the Bun and Thigh Roller will be painful and could cause further damage, so do not use it.

As a piece of equipment to aide in fat loss from your butt or fat loss in general,
I would not recommend the Bun and Thigh Roller. This machine will only give results to lean people who require muscle tone. It will not burn or remove fat from your thighs and buttocks. This is because you can only exercise on the machine for 5 - 10 minutes, and believe me this feels like hours as it is repetitive and boring.


Your body will only use stored fat if your calorie intake is less than the energy you expend. Because you cannot actually target where you want to remove fat from your body, you need eat a low calorie diet and do at least 45 minutes of good calorie burning exercise each day in order to burn fat from your WHOLE body. Although the Bun and Thigh Roller will tone muscle it is not a good calorie burner.

If you have
fat on your bum and thighs then don't waste your money on the Bun and Thigh Roller.


I would advise you join a gym and talk to a personal trainer about an exercise plan which will burn fat from all over you, and eventually get to your butt and thighs.
